Common questions
How do I change my link?
Open the setup wizard from Profile & icons and change it on the first step. Your old link stops working, so update it in your bios.
Why isn't my page showing my changes?
Changes on the dashboard save instantly. Design changes go live when you press Save design in the Design studio. If you still see the old version, refresh the page.
How do I contact MiMi?
Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
I've signed up but can't get into my account
Check your junk or spam folder for the email asking you to confirm your address. On the sign-in page you can also ask for the confirmation link again. Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll never ask for your password.
Is it safe to sign up with Google or Facebook?
Yes. They only share your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your password for that account and can't post or do anything on it.
Do I have to show my name, email, phone number and bio?
No. Everything on your page is optional, so leave out anything you'd rather not share.
Can I choose my own name?
Yes, on a first come, first served basis. Names can be 3 to 24 characters long and use letters, numbers, dots, hyphens and underscores. You can't use reserved words, "MiMi", or the name of another person or business without their permission, and offensive names will be removed.
What if the name I want is taken?
Try adding your initials, a number, or a word like the, official or hq. We'll show you which names are free as you type.
Can I have more than one MiMi page?
Yes. MiMi Pro lets you run up to 20 pages from one login. See Run more than one page.
Are there any limits or rules on what I can add?
Each page can have up to 50 links and a bio of up to 6,000 characters. Links to anything that promotes hate, exploitation, the illegal sale of drugs or weapons, harm to animals, terrorism or other crime aren't allowed, and can get an account blocked.
How do I report a page?
Email [email protected] with the page's link and why you think it should be reviewed. We look at every report.
What data do you hold about me?
Only what we need to run your page: your account details, what you add to your page, and anonymous visit stats. Our privacy policy has the details.
How can I get a copy of my data?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll send you a copy, or correct or delete it. You can download your email subscribers yourself any time from Subscribers.
How do I close my account?
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll close it and delete your data. If you have MiMi Pro, cancel it first under Manage subscription on the Pro page.
